The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home-especially Miguel, who entertained the kids every day by the pool. Plus, the breakfast options were out of this world, with everything from fresh fruit to a ridiculous selection of pastries.

We had a splendid time enjoying the nearby Cala Gran beach, just a short stroll away, and relished the local dining options like Walshies Sports Bar, which were all within a few minutes on foot, making our city walks so enjoyable.

It was just an optimal selection for a short stint in Cala d'Or with reasonable price. The pool area was lovely and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Try to grab a sunbed early, as they can be hard to come by later in the day.

The air conditioning worked well during the day but was intermittent throughout the night, and the engineers couldn't find the fault while we were there. Additionally, the bathroom door in our Junior Suite didn't close properly, compromising privacy for anyone trying to shower at the same time.

We stayed in a premium room, and it was awesome! Comfy bed and a big balcony where we relaxed a lot. The breakfast had a nice variety, and loved the live pianist. The only thing to note is that the pool area can get crowded at times, but still plenty of loungers if you’re patient.
